Hurst Green Plastics Chairman, Stephen Clarke, and Managing Director, Tommy Sharples, were summoned to the European Patent Office at The Hague in The Netherlands , together with Expert Patent Attorney, Mr Nick Manley to contest a new Patent Application for another unique Product Invention
After 4 hours of hotly contested debate with the EPO, Hurst Green Plastics were finally granted a new Patent which will protect the new product throughout Europe for 20 years!
