Delivery
Products will be shipped with DHL, FedEx or UPS or Royal Mail for smaller packages. Shipping will aim to be within one week.
Delivery is £10.00 to most Mainland UK addresses; however Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Highlands and outlying areas can incur extra charges. We will contact you before despatching any product that may incur a delivery charge, or you can contact us before placing your order.
Delivery dates are estimates only and the company shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any delay in delivery. We shall not be liable for any matter which results from any act of God, war or riot, extreme weather, strikes or any other events which are beyond our control.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To return your product, you should email us info@twinbin.com and we will provide details of how to return your product. If the product was purchased by mistake, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
