The TripFlag was designed to suit any products that may not work with the TwinBin system. We have two systems to TripFlag cart and TripFlag cabinet.

Like the TwinBin the TripFlag is a two-bin system that works by storing reserve stock next to active stock. Once the active stock has been depleted you simply slide the door across to access the reserve batch leaving the first chamber ready for new stock.

Everything is clean and visual, and you can connect the bins to our wireless RFID or Bluetooth IOT systems with Cloud platforms.

The TripFlag® Cabinet

The TripFlag Cabinet was designed to suit products that are bulky or wouldn’t easily fit into a bin.

The TripFlag Cabinet is a modular system so can be constructed to suit a variety of sizes and types of stock. Once the active stock has been used you simply slide the door across to access the reserve and the TripFlag activates an alert to order more stock.

Designed in conjunction with material management teams from around the world, we have developed a new versatile bin system to make the management of all your components simple and easy.

From small parts to very large, fragile or high-volume components, the TripFlag Cart gives you multiple benefits in one mobile and multi-functional cart.

Deliver your whole range of components directly to where you need them. Add stock control systems, both manual or automatic, if you want for Just-in-Time delivery of parts and for FIFO control.

Take the TripFlag Cart to where it is required and quickly find the parts needed. All the adjustable shelves can go flight or angular to allow easy dispensing of parts to the line.

More Racking Systems Available

We also supply all the racking to mount TwinBins. The racks can be fitted with castors so they can be moved around the site.

They can have triangular headers to provide rack identification and prevent users placing FOD on top of the racks and bins.
